Refunds may be considered only if:
No work has started
A major issue prevents the service from being delivered
A valid reason is provided
Refunds cannot be issued if:
Work has started
Work has been delivered
The client becomes unresponsive
The client changes their mind
The client requests features outside the original agreement
The 50% deposit is refundable only if no work has begun.
Unauthorized chargebacks result in:
Immediate termination of service
Loss of rights to delivered work
Permanent ban from future services
