1. Payments
A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining 50% is due before final delivery.
Payments are final once work is delivered.
2. Delivery
Delivery time depends on project complexity.
Delays caused by missing information from the client are not our responsibility.
3. Revisions
Revisions are included unless stated otherwise.
Major changes or new requests may require additional payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, files, and instructions.
Respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.
5. Usage Rights
Full rights to the final product transfer after full payment.
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
6. Service Refusal
We may refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, uncooperative, or violates these terms.
